Description
Product Overview
The Mini SuperPump is a purpose‑built, battery‑operated suction cup pump engineered by GT Tools for handling smaller format vacuum cups. Its compact housing is constructed from high‑impact engineering plastic that resists oil, chemicals, and temperature extremes commonly encountered in industrial environments. The pump incorporates upgraded GT Tools pump technology, featuring refined control circuitry derived from the GTSP SuperPump line, which delivers smoother operation, faster drawdown, and extended battery life.
Key specifications include a typical pump‑down time of approximately 5.0 seconds for a 6‑inch cup, 4.0 seconds for a 4‑inch cup, and just 2.5 seconds for a 3‑inch cup. The device provides up to five hours of continuous operation on a single charge, translating to roughly 2,000 suction cycles before recharging is required. Power is supplied via a universal USB‑C port, allowing users to recharge the pump with any standard USB‑C charger, power bank, or laptop.
Usage
Designed for material handling professionals, the Mini SuperPump excels in a variety of settings where reliable vacuum lift is essential. In manufacturing plants, it can be used to lift glass panels, metal sheets, and delicate components without damaging the workpiece. In field service applications, technicians benefit from its portability and quick‑connect suction cups that attach to irregular surfaces, including cracked or uneven glass, where traditional vacuum pumps may fail.
The pump’s automatic vacuum control feature detects when a full vacuum has been achieved and then powers down to preserve battery life. If a pressure drop occurs—such as when a cup encounters a leak or the surface shifts—the pump instantly reactivates, restoring suction and maintaining a secure hold. This makes the Mini SuperPump ideal for repetitive lift‑and‑place operations on assembly lines, as well as for one‑off tasks in workshops, laboratories, and on‑site installations.
